Computer running slow? The first easy step to see if you're infected is to download Process Explorer from Microsoft, and extract it to your desktop for easy access. Then open "procexp", (the icon is the Windows logo with a magnifying glass in the middle) a window should pop up that looks very similar to mine:
With this program you can monitor your CPU usage, RAM usage and network usage. It's just an advanced task manager, but I highly recommend downloading it.
